Year 9 Boscastle Flood

Boscastle is a case study of a hydrological hazard in a MEDC.
You need to be able to list the causes, effects and methods to reduce future risk. The links below will assist you with your understanding/learning.
The sites below will help those taught be Mr Hunter complete their presentations on Boscastle.
Remember to include slides on the location, physical causes, human causes, effects (long and short term) and any measures put in place to reduce the risk of future floods. You are also to look briefly at the Lynmouth flood that happened 16/8/1952. (link below)
