Your first task of the year and of your career as Geographers at Bolton School.
You have been given full and detailed instructions on how to complete the task. The size of each postcard will be A5 (half the size of an A4 sheet of paper). Within that size you will have a picture (or more than one) and the name of the location you have chosen to write about. Approximately half of the area will be given over to your writing which if typed on a computer will not be more than size 14 font. (time has been booked on the school computers for you to type and find pictures).
The writing.
This is intended to do two things. Within the text you must give a "unique" sense of your particular location. Secondly you must include details of the place's physical, human and environmental geography.
